1. The gas pipeline of the gas generator unit should be made of steel pipes, and the pipe wall should not be too thin. The joints should be sealed reliably. After the gas pipeline connection is completed, the leakage of the pipeline, flanges, valves, and other joints should be detected using a gas detector or soapy water.

2、應(yīng)定期檢查閥門，應(yīng)無燃?xì)庑孤p壞等現(xiàn)象，閥門周圍應(yīng)無妨礙閥門操作的堆積物，閥門應(yīng)定期進(jìn)行啟閉操作和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，無法啟閉或關(guān)閉不嚴(yán)的閥門，應(yīng)及時維修或更換。

2. The valve should be inspected regularly to ensure there is no gas leakage, damage or other phenomena. There should be no accumulation around the valve that hinders its operation. The valve should be regularly opened and closed for maintenance. Valves that cannot be opened or closed tightly should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

3、燃?xì)獍l(fā)電機(jī)組燃?xì)夤芫€上的膠管應(yīng)定期更換，嚴(yán)禁使用過期老化膠管。

3. The rubber hoses on the gas pipeline of the gas generator unit should be replaced regularly, and the use of expired and aged rubber hoses is strictly prohibited.

4、對機(jī)組及燃?xì)夤芫€進(jìn)行運行、維護(hù)和搶修時，須可靠地切斷燃?xì)鈦碓床?nèi)部燃?xì)馀艃簦床槊魇鹿试蚝筒扇〈胧┣埃坏孟蛉細(xì)庠O(shè)施恢復(fù)送氣。進(jìn)行維護(hù)檢修時，應(yīng)采取防爆措施或使用防爆工具，嚴(yán)禁用鐵器等工具進(jìn)行敲擊作業(yè)。

4. When operating, maintaining, and repairing the unit and gas pipeline, it is necessary to reliably cut off the gas source and exhaust the internal gas. Before identifying the cause of the accident and taking measures, it is not allowed to restore gas supply to the gas facility. When carrying out maintenance and repair, explosion-proof measures should be taken or explosion-proof tools should be used. It is strictly prohibited to use tools such as iron tools for knocking operations.

5、燃?xì)庑孤┑膿屝迲?yīng)在切斷氣源后進(jìn)行，當(dāng)泄漏處已發(fā)生燃燒時，應(yīng)先采取措施控制火勢后再切斷氣源，嚴(yán)禁管道內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓。

5. The emergency repair of gas leaks should be carried out after cutting off the gas source. When the leak has already burned, measures should be taken to control the fire before cutting off the gas source. Negative pressure is strictly prohibited in the pipeline.
