一、沼氣發電機組的啟動注意事項

1、 Precautions for starting biogas generator sets

1、先檢查：循環水，潤滑油，氣路。

1. First check: circulating water, lubricating oil, and air circuit.

2、打開氣路開關，扭開電瓶鑰匙（打開電磁閥開關，確定轉速控制開關處于怠速狀態）按下啟動開關。

2. Turn on the gas circuit switch, turn on the battery key (turn on the solenoid valve switch, make sure the speed control switch is in idle state), and press the start switch.

3、沼氣發電機組啟動后，先怠速運轉，等到水溫和油溫升高，大約45度左右。將轉速開關撥至額定轉速。

3. After starting the biogas generator set, idle it first and wait for the water temperature and oil temperature to rise, about 45 degrees. Turn the speed switch to the rated speed.

4、沼氣發電機組按額定轉速運轉幾分鐘，合上發電機端高壓電輸出開關。機組正常發電。

1、電瓶電量不足檢查電瓶充電量。

2、電瓶線及插頭松動。

3、火花塞點不了火。建議更換火花塞，因為火花塞是易耗品，
